Governance at ECMS
ECMS is governed by a Board of Directors comprising a diverse group of professionals who bring various skills and expertise to the organisation. This includes individuals with backgrounds in health, youth justice, finance, the school sector, IT, local government, and First Nations.
Our Executive Leadership Team, consisting of the CEO and five directors (Early Childhood Education, People & Strategy, Corporate Services, Risk & Compliance, and Marketing) provides day-to-day strategic and cultural leadership.

ECMS acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first inhabitants of the nation and the traditional custodians of the lands on which we live, learn, work and play. Aboriginal people have a long tradition of teaching and learning through sharing their connections with country, community, language and culture. We recognise their continuing connection to the country, and we pay respects to elders past and present.
